For NAIL ART: it is best to have a few pictures of some designs you would like or have an idea of what you would like. You may text us pictures and we'll let you know if we can recreate it or do something similar. Please remember, each artist is different. The end result will not always look the same as the pictures. Thank you for understanding!

Our booking site only allow services to be booked one service at a time. If you want multiple services (example: mani and pedi), you will make 2 separate booking. Please note the time and duration of first service to book second service either before or after your first appointment.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
- All appointments require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. You will not be charged on your card. However, if you see a charge on your card (uncaptured), this charge is used for validation purposes only, and will later be released (voided).
- You will also be allowed to make full payment online.
REMINDER
- You will receive email confirmations of each appointment scheduled. You may cancel or reschedule appointments through the email up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- You will also receive email reminders and text message reminders 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION
- If the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge on your card.
- If the appointment is missed (cancellation less that 24 hours in advance / no show), you will be charge a $25 fee.
- If the appointment has been prepaid and you need to cancel, please give us a text. Refunds are not automatic.
Please remember, your service appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
